Affordable Housing at Landmark
Landmark is an income-restricted community. Restricted income residents are subject to the Maximum Allowable Household Incomes published by HUD (United States Department of Housing and Urban Development.)
How To Qualify
Based on the size of your household, your Maximum Annual Income must be equal to or less than the amount listed in the chart below. Eligibility is based on household size and maximum annual gross income equal to or less than 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Applicants must meet both the program's and the community's criteria. Gross monthly household income must be at least 2.75x the monthly rent. Documentation and verification of income are required.

How To Apply

4. Lease Signing
Upon approval, you'll need to sign a Workforce Housing Addendum as part of the lease.

Eligibility must be verified annually for continued participation in the program.
